WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING:
All sales up to $49.99, will be charged a $4.00 shipping fee. FREE SHIPPING for all sales $50.00 and over.
HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?:
All packages will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS priority. We have found that it's cheaper to send orders weighing less than 5 lbs. by United States Postal Service. In an effort to keep shipping costs down, an alternative shipping may be used based on price and or availability. If alternative is used, it will always be similar to the service indicated on the order (ie: USPS priority vs UPS Ground).
We use auto-notification for UPS tracking numbers and USPS confirmation numbers. This notification will be sent to the e-mail address attached to your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5pm (Central Time) will not be received until the following business day.

* Order was defective upon receipt (manufactuer defect) - will issue

* Delivery refused or package returned as undeliverable - will issue
a credit for cost of item, minus 15% restocking fee.
* Returns order for personal reasons - credit for item, minus 15%
